PENGARUH KINERJA LOGISTIK TERHADAP KINERJA OPERASIONAL PADA UKM ROTAN DI KOTA PALU

ABSTRAK

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan pengaruh kinerja logistik terhadap kinerja operasional pada UKM Rotan di Kota Palu. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 24 UKM rotan yang terdiri dari 24 responden pemilik usaha dan 24 responden lagi karyawan aktif sehingga dapat diketahui sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 48 responden dengan metode yang digunakan yaitu Metode Sensus. Metode analisis yang digunakan yaitu Analisis Regresi Linear Berganda dengan menggunakan bantuan dari program komputer SPSS for Windows Release 16,0. Uji hipotesis yang digunakan mempunyai taraf signifikansi α = 0,05 dan untuk uji reliabilitas menggunakan nilai koefisien croanbach alpha dengan nilai batas koefisien α = .0,60. Hasil pengujian diperoleh bahwa secara simultan kinerja logistik berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja operasional, dengan nilai Adjusted R-square sebesar 46,4%. Secara parsial dengan standar α = 0,05 diperoleh hasil penelitian X1, X2 dan X3 berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Y dengan nilai sig masing-masing sebesar 0,033, 0,037 dan 0,000. Hasil korelasi menunjukkan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,706 yang berarti variabel kinerja logistik mempunyai hubungan yang kuat dengan kinerja operasional sebesar 70,6%.

ABSTRACT
The aim of this research is to describe the effect of logistic performance to operational performance on the community small business of rattan in Palu. Population of this research is 24 Rattan Small-medium Enterprises which consist of 24 business owner as the respondents, and 24 active employees so the sample of this research is 48 respondents with the method used is Census Method. Analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis by using the computation from SPSS for Windows Release 16,0 software. Hypothesis test used has significance level α = 0.05 and for a reliability test using the coefficient values of croanbach alpha with the limit value coefficient α = .0,60. The result shown that logistic performance simultaneously generates significant effect to operational performance, with Adjust R-square value by 46,4%. Partially with the standard of α = 0.05 the research results X1, X2 and X3 have significant effect on Y with sig of each are 0,033, 0,037 and 0,000. The correlation results shown a correlation coefficient by 0.706 which means that the variable of logistic performance has a strong relationship with the operational performance of 70.6%.
