ABSTRACT

Serli Trivena Parasi Stambuk C101 13 101 under the title "Analysis of Population Condition, Health Facility and Education Needs In Kecamatan Mori Atas North Morowali District".Which is guided by the Mrs.Siti Rahmawati as the main supervisor and Mrs. Laendatu Paembonan as mentor companion.
The number of residents and the needs of existing health and education facilities in a region requires considerable care and attention to improve the life of the community. This study aims to determine the condition of the population and the number of health and education facilities needs in 2017-2025. The benefits of this research are to help the government and related agencies to adopt policies on the needs of public health and education facilities.
The analysis used in this research is descriptive analysis. Descriptive in question is to compare the needs of health facilities with normative needs and educational facilities needs with normative needs. Normative needs are defined by the Maximum Service Standards (MSS). The results showed that the number of population in 2025 amounted to 2,431 souls and the needs of health facilities in the projection of health center, pustu, posyandu, polyclinic, family planning post, doctor's office, pharmacy has been adequate but still need additional tools and medical workers . while the number of educational needs of kindergarten, elementary, SP, and SMA is sufficient until the projection year but the school environment still needs attention from the local government because some schools are still not equipped in accordance with the maximum service standards.
