ABSTRACT

This study aims to determine the effect simultaneously, leadership and work environment on employee morale at the Regional Archives Office and the City Library of Palu. population in this study were all employees of the Regional Archives Office and the Library of Palu City, which totaled 38 people. The entire population is used as respondents with the sampling technique that is using the census method. This study uses descriptive data analysis with a quantitative approach that uses questionnaires as a data collection tool and uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The aim is to determine the effect of significant independent variables on the dependent variables simultaneously or partially. Hypothesis testing uses a significant level α ≤ 0.05 with the help of SPSS version 16.0. the results of this study are obtained f value of 0.000 and t value of (X1, 0.000) and (X2, 0.005) means that leadership and work environment have a positive and significant effect on employee morale at the Regional Archives Office and City Library of Palu.
