ANALISIS SISTEM PENGENDALIAN KUALITAS MINYAK KELAPA MENTAH CRUDE COCONUT OIL (CCO) PADA PT. SPO AGRO RESOURCES DI KOTA PALU”

ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine and analyze the process of quality control of crude coconut oil carried out by PT. SPO Agro Resources. To achieve these objectives, researchers used qualitative methods by describing maintenance activities carried out by PT. SPO Agro Resources, and uses a quantitative method in the form of mathematical statistics as a tool to help analyze the quality of oil taken at a certain time period. The results showed that crude oil quality control at PT. SPO Agro Resources is under control, this is indicated by the value of free fatty acids on the range controller map is 0.42 and the upper and lower control limits are from 0 to 0.84 while the center line for the average control map is 1.69 with upper control limit of 1.89 and control limit below 1.49. The moisture content of Crude Coconut Oil (CCO) indicated by the center line for the map of the range is 0.16 and the upper control limit and lower control limit are from 0 to 0.32 while for the center line the map is flat -ata is 0.36 with the control limit of 0.44 and the control limit is below 0.28.

ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis proses pengendalian kualitas minyak kelapa mentah yang dilakukan oleh PT. SPO Agro Resources. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut, peneliti menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan menjabarkan aktivitas kegiatan pemeliharaan yang dilaksanakan oleh PT. SPO Agro Resources, serta menggunakan metode kuantitatif berupa statistik matematik sebagai alat untuk membantu menganalisis kualitas minyak yang diambil pada suatu jangka waktu tertentu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengendalian kualitas minyak mentah pada PT. SPO Agro Resources berada dalam keadaan terkendali, hal ini ditunjukan oleh nilai kadar asam lemak bebas pada peta pengendali range adalah 0,42 serta batas kendali atas 0,84 dan batas kendali bawah yakni 0 sedangkan garis pusat untuk peta pegendali rata-rata yaitu 1,69 dengan batas kendali atas 1,89 dan batas kendali bawah 1,49. Kadar air (moisture) yang terkandung pada minyak mentah Crude Coconut Oil (CCO) ditunjukan oleh garis pusat untuk peta pengedali range adalah 0,16 serta batas kendali atas 0,32 dan batas kendali bawah yakni 0 sedangkan untuk garis pusat peta pegendali rata-rata yaitu 0,36 dengan batas kendali atas 0,44 dan batas kendali bawah 0,28.
